Frequently Asked Questions

How many puzzles are in this event?

This event will have six puzzles and a metapuzzle.

How difficult are the puzzles?

The puzzles in this event will be comparable in difficulty to Puzzled Pint. In other words, they will be beginner-friendly.

What do I need in order to play?

We recommend that all players have a computer, since many of the puzzles are solvable online and some content will be in video form. That said, puzzles will be printable wherever possible, so you can play with a single computer if desired.

Puzzle answers must be submitted online to unlock additional information; answer submission is possible via a phone/tablet but the experience is optimized for a computer.

Do I need a printer?

No. All puzzles have interactive players and printing should not be necessary. That said, most puzzles can be solved on paper if you prefer that experience; use the link in the top right of the puzzle to print.

Is this a Microsoft event?

No. This event has nothing to do with Microsoft. It just happens to be written by someone who is highly familiar with the server that runs those events.

Does this event have any official relationship with Rubik’s Cube?

No. The author of these puzzles has no relationship with any entity officially representing Rubik’s Cube. This entirely a work of fan respect.
